Senior Executive Assistant
Location: Seattle, WA 98104 (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time Contract

Job Summary
Tryfacta is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting senior executives, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership.
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up action items.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other executive documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics.
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting critical deadlines.
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting executive leadership.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives, Chief of Staff, Vice Presidents, Directors, or other senior leaders.
  • Strong expertise in complex calendar management and executive scheduling.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
