As the global leader in the technical interview space (4,000+ customers in 165+ countries) it is our goal as a GTM team to identify technical hiring challenges and drive the CoderPad value proposition for a book of target accounts.
As an Account Executive, your mission will include:
  • Breaking into key target accounts through outbound prospecting with CoderPadโ€™s value proposition aligned to the objectives of our ideal prospects.
  • Collaborating with Marketing & Customer Success colleagues to detect new business opportunities with intent based tools.
  • Establishing a trusted advisor/consultant approach with prospects.
  • Suggesting new ideas to improve our product, process, and workflows based on customer feedback and strategic approach.
  • Achieving pre-defined outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.ย 
  • Engaging with a value-based selling approach to delight our buyers!
Who are we looking for?
  • 2-4 years+ in SaaS sales positions, with at least 2 years as an Account Executive.
  • A hunter mindset & entrepreneurial spirit!
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity, test and define new ideas and engage executive buyers with innovative ideas and solutions.
  • A team-player who brings positivity and a lot of energy to the team.
  • Proficiency with SalesForce CRM. Gong & Apollo is a plus.
Compensation for this role includes: 50/50 base salary and variable + acceleratorsย 
Base salary range (in USD): $70,000 - $80,000, with OTE for this role: $140,000 - $160,000

Exact salary is based on skills, experience, location, market ranges, and other compensation offered. The salary range does not include equity and company-wide benefits you may be eligible to receive.
