Once You Are Here, You Will:

  • Lead client discovery sessions, document solution requirements, and offer optimal solutions.
  • Question requirements and proposed solutions, providing better alternatives with pros and cons.
  • Assist with the architecture and configuration of development environments and deployment procedures.
  • Contribute as a strong individual contributor, working within timelines and budgets to meet or exceed project success criteria.
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple NTT DATA and client teams.
  • Develop high-level architecture and technical designs for Sitecore-based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Contribute thought leadership, provide mentorship, perform systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Design and implement leading-edge Sitecore solutions and integration with other systems and applications.
  • Support Agile teams with planning, scoping, and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities, through continuous delivery to production.
  • Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to Sitecore Helix principles and best practices.
  • Ensure Sitecore implementations align with security best practices, GDPR, and other compliance requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects in parallel when needed, effectively balancing workloads to ensure the success of all projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of development experience in Sitecore (10.x, 9.x) and C#/ASP.NET
  • 8+ years' experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, GraphQL, JavaScript (React/Next.js/Angular).

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture, SXA, and Headless Services.
  • Hands-on experience with Sitecore 10.x+, Sitecore Headless implementation, Sitecore Content Hub, personalization.
  • Bachelor's degree in software development or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Sitecore MVP
  • SCORE framework certified/trained.
  • Experience with Composable DXP architectures and MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless)
  • Exposure to AI/ML-powered personalization in Sitecore
  • Knowledge of containerized development approach, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Experience in JavaScript frameworks, Next.js, React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Experience with the latest Sitecore product: XM Cloud, Personalize, Discover, Customer Data Platform, Digital Asset Management, Commerce, Send.
  • Attended (and presented) at Meetup, Symposium, and other Sitecore user groups.
  • Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture, SXA, and Headless Services.
  • Experience in Sitecore Experience Editor customization, EXM, xDB analytics, and marketing automation.
  • Deep knowledge of Sitecore Workflows, Security, Multisite & Multilingual capabilities.
  • Strong experience in RESTful API development, OAuth, and integration with third-party services
  • Experience with Solr, Coveo Search, Redis, and other caching/indexing mechanisms
  • Proven capabilities in Glass Mapper or other ORM tools
  • Advanced proficiency in TDS and Unicorn
  • Experienced with Sitecore upgrades, transforming, and migrating content from other platforms and older Sitecore versions.
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) for Sitecore deployments.
  • Experience deploying and managing Sitecore on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Sitecore Managed Cloud.
  • Experience with source control systems, Azure DevOps Server, TFS, VSTS, Git
  • Capable of leading up to two full client development teams (totaling 10-15 people)
  • Is expert in at least one platform, and proficient in a secondary platform 
  • Skilled in leading client communications such as status calls.
  • Ability to identify potential new areas of work.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales by helping define project scope and solution options.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $122,648 - $227,125 per year. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
