Position Overview
Blue Yonder Defense Solutions (BYDS) is seeking a talented and motivated Proposal Writer to jointheteam. The Proposal manager/specialist is responsible for leading and managing the response process for all qualified company-level opportunities - developing, leading, managing, and executing the process for completion of the proposal within the allotted time frame.
The proposal manager/specialist is responsible for creating responses that clearly articulate Blue Yonder Defense Solutions' position and strength in the industry, by working with a team of subject matter experts, along with executive leadership. Responsible for proposal development, including project management, maintaining schedules, organizing resources, coordinating inputs and reviews, resolving internal team issues, and providing process leadership and management.
Ultimately, the Proposal manager/specialist is responsible for timely delivery of all proposal information.

The annual salary range for this position is $91,111.54 - $114,888.45
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
