The Customer Experience Specialist handleshelping the development of the telemarketing teamas well as interfacing with customers via inboundcalls, outbound calls, or through emails dependingupon situational requirements. This positionprovides coaching for CSR's to ensure KPI's arebeing met as well as providing customer servicesupport for existing, new, and potential customerneeds.
EssentialFunctions/Core Responsibilities
  • Ensureservice delivered to our customers meets KeyPerformance Indicators (KPI's)
  • Coachand mentor agents; probe for understanding, usedecision-support tools and resources to ensuredepartmental goals are met
  • Listenattentively to agent needs and concerns;demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunityto build rapport with the agents to ensuredepartmental goals are being met
  • Maintain basic knowledgeof Solar Works Energy's products andservices
  • Schedule appointmentsfor customers with Solar Works EnergyExperts
  • Participate inactivities designed to improve customersatisfaction and business performance
  • Mayoffer additional products and/or services
  • Appropriately notatingaccounts as required
  • Mayrespond to customer inquiries by sending thempublished materials or other relevantinformation via email
