Overview
As a Sales Executive / Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing market share of Panasonic Connect Mobility Solutions and Services to government agencies within the southern CA territory.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Interface and directly call on end-users and customers to create and drive Panasonic Connect Mobility products and services adoption.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual territory quota for product and services, along with achieving strategic goals and targets as assigned by sales management.
  • Work with partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities to produce year-over-year assigned growth targets.
  • When applicable, work with State Standards Committees and State Procurement Agencies to ensure Panasonic Connect Mobility Solutions are included and product information is kept up to date.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
  • Two to five years of experience selling technology products and services, preferably to public sector customers
  • College degree preferred, or relevant job-related experience

Key Competencies
  • Proven success managing reseller and end-user relationships
  • Understanding of pipeline management discipline and the ability to explain benefits to partner management and sales teams
  • Able to navigate informal structures and collaborate with internal resources to accomplish company goals
  • Proven track record of navigating all levels of end-user accounts and reseller partners, and driving tangible revenue with a focus on year-over-year sales growth

The salary range listed below is just one component of Panasonic's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
