Overview
The NW Toughbook Mobility Territory Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing winning sales and territory strategies across small, medium, and large enterprise accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of the challenges facing key markets including Warehouse Automation, Automotive Service Bay, Manufacturing, Field Service, and Field Sales Optimization. The Territory Account Manager will establish collaborative partnerships between clients, Panasonic, and an ecosystem of VARs, third-party product vendors, and ISVs to drive meaningful customer value.
The assigned territory comprises of Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming.

Responsibilities
Value Proposition and Customer Engagement
  • Communicate the Panasonic Connect value proposition - "Why Panasonic" - through engaging presentations and conversational meetings, leading with solutions rather than hardware
  • Develop and facilitate customer relationships while creating opportunities within territory accounts

Customer Satisfaction and Account Management
  • Make customer satisfaction a principal goal within the territory
  • Host quarterly key customer reviews and strategy sessions with all top Panasonic accounts
  • Act as the account manager for tablet and laptop projects from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customers and key partners (VARs and ISVs), as well as internal Panasonic resources including Professional Services, Project Management, Field Engineering, Software Solutions, Supply Chain, and Senior Management

Sales Reporting and Forecasting
  • Provide timely, accurate, and complete sales reports and forecasts
  • Maintain and update sales opportunities in Salesforce for accurate forecasting for the executive team, supply chain, and factories
  • Analyze each sales opportunity to generate accurate forecasts of products and services

Business Development
  • Expand Panasonic's footprint by identifying and closing new prospects
  • Identify new products and solutions to address increasingly complex industry demands

Scope
  • Responsible for a specific revenue amount within the territory from end users and partners for the Enterprise vertical (North West region and assigned strategic accounts)

Qualifications
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Fully qualified outside sales account manager with 5+ years of documented sales experience in a similar industry
  • Working knowledge of mobile computing products and services
  • Understanding of company cultures and professional networks for resolving a variety of issues aligned with Panasonic's Basic Business Principles
  • Ability to articulate product portfolios and their connectivity as a complete solution
