  • Verantwortung fĂĽr die vollständige und korrekte Erstellung der IFRS-KonzernabschlĂĽsse und KonzernzwischenabschlĂĽsse der HSE-Group nach internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards
  • Steuerung und Betreuung der Konzerngesellschaften zur Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen IFRS-Bilanzierung und Konsolidierung im Group Accounting
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Controlling, Buchhaltung, Treasury sowie externen WirtschaftsprĂĽfern bei der KonzernabschlussprĂĽfung
  • Definition und ĂśberprĂĽfung laufender gruppenweiter Standards und Richtlinien zur effizienten Abschlusserstellung, einschlieĂźlich Group Accounting Manual und Corporate Standards
  • Erstellung der quartalsweisen Reportings und Covenants‑Berechnungen fĂĽr die Senior Secured Notes Finanzierung sowie Bewertung interner MaĂźnahmen
  • Fachlicher Ansprechpartner fĂĽr die Mitarbeiter im General Ledger und Erstellung von Buchungsanweisungen fĂĽr HGB und TAX

Qualifications
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder WirtschaftsprĂĽfung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der IFRS, insbesondere IFRS 9, IAS 38 und IFRS 16, sowie Erfahrung in der Erstellung von IFRS-Konzernanhang und Konzernlagebericht
  • Erfahren in der Anwendung von Konsolidierungs- und Konzernabschlussprozessen im Group Accounting
  • Erfahrung im Schreiben von Accounting Memos, in der Zusammenarbeit mit WirtschaftsprĂĽfern und im Umgang mit komplexen Bilanzierungsfragen
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen oder in der WirtschaftsprĂĽfung mit Fokus auf KonzernabschlĂĽsse
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS‑Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint) sowie SAP R3; Kenntnisse in Tagetik sind von Vorteil
