We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our collaborative team. This position is ideal for someone who values mentorship, ongoing learning, and professional development while making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism and related developmental differences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, school, or community settings

  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship meetings
