Executive Orthotics Prosthetics professionals are specialized healthcare executives who oversee the clinical and business operations of orthotics and prosthetics practices or departments. They ensure patients receive high-quality prosthetic and orthotic devices, manage teams of clinicians and technicians, and stay compliant with healthcare regulations. Their role may also involve strategic planning, budgeting, and fostering relationships with suppliers, insurers, and referring physicians. These executives combine leadership skills with technical knowledge of orthotic and prosthetic care.

What are some common challenges faced by executive orthotics prosthetics professionals, and how can they be addressed?
