Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) - Miami, FL

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday

· On-call responsibilities & Occasional weekends as needed

Job Summary: Seeking a dynamic Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) to provide both clinical leadership and administrative oversigh. This role combines direct patient care with strategic leadership, ensuring high-quality clinical services, regulatory compliance, and efficient operational performance.

Responsibilities:

· Provide direct patient care and oversee clinical services across O&P clinics

· Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring adherence to best practices

· Develop, implement, and review clinical protocols and performance standards

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including OSHA and HIPAA

· Oversee clinician scheduling, workflow planning, and productivity benchmarks

· Address and resolve complex patient concerns and complaints

· Collaborate with executive leadership to support organizational goals

· Maintain relationships with hospitals, providers, and external partners

Qualifications:

· A bachelor's degree is preferred.

· Around 2-3 years of experience in Orthotics & Prosthetics is required

· Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and aseptic techniques preferred

· Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively
