Executive Operations Assistant


REPORTS TO: Executive Director

TYPE: Non-Exempt, Part-Time

Salary: From $25+/hour, depending on experience

The position is up to 24 hours per week, with flexible schedule.

About the Role:

The Executive Operations Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Director while helping advance the organization's mission and growth. This role plays an important part in community outreach, fundraising, donor relations, marketing, and organizational development — helping raise public awareness, expand patient outreach, strengthen donor engagement, and identify new sources of revenue.


What You'll Do:

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and leadership team
  • Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and organizational communications
  • Maintain confidential records and organizational
  • Coordinate special projects and events

Community Outreach & Marketing

  • Promote the organization's mission, programs, and health services throughout the community
  • Support community presentations, outreach activities, and public events
  • Help manage social media, newsletters, marketing materials, and public communications
  • Build relationships with community organizations, businesses, and partners to expand visibility and support

Fundraising & Donor Development

  • Support fundraising campaigns, donor outreach, sponsorships, and special events
  • Help grow and strengthen the organization's donor base
  • Manage donor recognition, acknowledgments, records, and communications
  • Help identify and develop new fundraising opportunities and revenue sources

Patient Outreach & Organizational Growth

  • Support initiatives that increase patient count and expand access to services
  • Educate the community about available healthcare programs and services
  • Develop partnerships and outreach opportunities that connect patients to care
  • Support strategic growth efforts and coordinate volunteer engagement
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director in support of the organization's mission
