Job description

LiveX AI is the world's leading Physical AI & Human-Interface Platform — unifying digital and physical customer engagement into a single intelligent system. Our AI agents operate across chat, voice, email, SMS, web, app, and extend into the real world through AI holograms, interactive kiosks, and QR experiences.

Backed by Google Cloud and NVIDIA, we've earned the trust of some of the world's most recognized brands — Walmart, PUMA, the NFL, and many more — to power their physical AI presence. Our holograms and kiosks are live in flagship stores, stadiums, and venues where millions of people walk through every day. When the world's biggest brands want AI in the real world, they call LiveX.

Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Palo Alto, we're a fast-moving startup redefining how humans interact with AI — both online and in the physical world. We're looking for two exceptional Account Executives to help us scale.

The Role

As an Account Executive at LiveX AI, you'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close. You'll sell a unique dual offering: our AI agent software platform and our physical AI hardware (holograms, kiosks), giving you a differentiated story in a crowded market.

You’ll work directly with the Head of Sales who reports to the CEO. You'll target enterprise buyers across retail, hospitality, convention centers, and travel — the physical venues where LiveX AI holograms and kiosks are transforming how brands engage people in person. Your mission is to expand LiveX's physical footprint across these industries, establishing us as the dominant AI presence at the world's highest-traffic locations.

This is a ground-floor opportunity at a company with serious momentum. You'll have the tools, brand, and backing to win — and the autonomy to build your territory.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close
  • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities across retail, hospitality, convention centers, and travel
  • Drive deployment of LiveX AI holograms and kiosks into high-traffic physical locations — flagship stores, hotel lobbies, convention halls, airports, and beyond
  • Run compelling, tailored demos of both our software platform and physical AI products
  • Engage VP- and C-suite stakeholders across Operations, Guest Experience, Innovation, and Technology
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive deals forward
  • Negotiate contracts and work cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoffs post-close
  • Accurately forecast and maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce
  • Represent LiveX AI at industry events and in-person customer meetings
What We're Looking For
  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of quota attainment
  • Experience selling both software and hardware — you understand how to navigate multi-stakeholder deals with technical and physical components
  • Proven ability to navigate large enterprise organizations — you've mapped complex buying committees, managed multiple stakeholders across functions, and driven consensus to close
  • Startup experience strongly preferred — you're comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and can operate without a fully-built playbook
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals ($50K–$500K+ ACV)
  • Exceptional communication, discovery, and executive presence
  • Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills and CRM discipline
  • Experience selling into retail, hospitality, travel, or events/convention industries strongly preferred — you understand how these organizations buy, deploy, and scale physical technology
  • A network in any of these verticals is a significant advantage
  • OTE: $200,000 – $300,000 (base + uncapped commission)
  • Equity participation in a high-growth, early-stage company
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage
  • In-person role based at our Palo Alto HQDirect access to leadership and real influence over sales strategy
  • The opportunity to be part of defining a new category in AI

LiveX AI is an equal opportunity employer.

Why LiveX AI

We're not another chatbot company. We're building the operating system for human-AI interaction — and we're taking it physical. Our holograms and kiosks are showing up in the world's most iconic retail stores, hotel lobbies, convention centers, and travel hubs. The AEs who join us now will plant the LiveX flag in the highest-traffic venues on the planet and build the foundation of a dominant global physical AI network.

The product is differentiated. The timing is right. The opportunity is enormous.

If you're a high-performer who wants to sell something genuinely new and be rewarded accordingly, we'd love to talk.

Note on hiring: All new AEs begin with a 3-month review period. At the end of that period, we'll make a mutual determination on whether it's the right long-term fit. We set people up to succeed — and we expect the same commitment in return.

Join LiveX.

Become part of the future of human-AI interaction.
