Job Description:
About the Role
We are seeking a proven enterprise sales leader to drive strategic growth across Fortune 500 and Global 2000 clients. This role is designed for a highly strategic, C-suite-oriented Client Executive who excels at navigating complex organizations, shaping executive vision, and closing transformative, multi-million-dollar AI deals.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives on executive engagement, strategic account leadership, and outcome-based selling. The ideal candidate will build long-term executive relationships, drive large enterprise opportunities, and position Uniphore as a strategic business transformation partner, not simply a technology vendor.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute multi-year account strategies for enterprise clients with typical TCVs ranging from $1M-$30M+
  • Executive Engagement: Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and executive sponsors across target accounts
  • Business Transformation Selling: Position Uniphore as a strategic partner capable of driving measurable business outcomes and enterprise transformation
  • Territory & Account Planning: Lead whitespace analysis, executive mapping, and expansion planning to maximize customer lifetime value and wallet share
  • Enterprise Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle from executive prospecting through negotiation and close across complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong pipeline coverage through strategic prospecting, executive networking, and partnership development
  • Deal Strategy & Negotiation: Develop ROI-driven business cases aligned to board-level priorities and negotiate complex multi-year agreements exceeding $10M+ TCV
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Operate as the leader of your territory by coordinating efforts across Solutions Engineering, Product, Services, Legal, Marketing, and Executive Leadership
  • Market Engagement: Represent Uniphore at industry conferences, executive summits, and customer events to drive visibility and opportunity creation
  • Team Leadership: Mentor peers and emerging sales talent on enterprise sales best practices and strategic account management

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of enterprise technology or SaaS sales experience with a consistent record of quota attainment
  • 5+ years selling directly to C-suite executives within Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations
  • Proven success closing $2M+ ACV and $10M+ TCV enterprise deals across complex 6-12 month sales cycles
  • Demonstrated top-tier sales performance (e.g., President's Club or top performer recognition)
  • Experience selling AI/ML, SaaS, cloud, data platforms, cybersecurity, or digital transformation solutions
  • Industry experience across Banking, Insurance, Retail, Telecommunications, or BPO/Consulting sectors preferred
  • Strong understanding of enterprise procurement, compliance, legal, and governance processes
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling capabilities (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message)
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, negotiation, and deal-structuring skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and productivity tools

Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned territory
  • Experience working with enterprise technology ecosystems such as Microsoft, Oracle, AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, or Databricks preferred
  • Existing executive relationships within target verticals preferred
  • Experience with land-and-expand growth strategies and board-level ROI modeling is a plus
  • Multilingual fluency aligned to the region preferred

Hiring Range:
