JOB SUMMARY

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the senior executive leader of the Division and is responsible for overall operational, financial, strategic, and cultural performance. The CEO is responsible for executing organizational strategy, driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional patient experience and physician satisfaction across all division locations and service lines.

This role leads Orthopaedic Solutions Management's (OSM) Florida Orthopaedic Institute (FOI) St. Petersburg Division, overseeing operations across three locations: 5th Street, Bayfront Medical Center, and Palms of Pasadena. The division includes 18 physicians, 12 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and approximately 164 employees.

The CEO partners closely with OSM executive leadership, physicians, division leadership teams, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise goals while maintaining accountability for divisional performance. The CEO serves as the primary leader for the Division, incorporating OSM's vision, mission, values, and strategic priorities into the division’s measurable results. This position serves as an exemplary role model for both staff and patients through professionalism, integrity, accountability, compassion, respect, excellence, and service.
