Executive Assistant to Executive Leadership Team, Innovative Healthcare Company, Boca Raton, Florida
Our client, an innovative healthcare company that provides members with a network of doctors to optimize overall health and wellness, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support 4 C-Suite Executives on the team. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced environment, is entrepreneurial and is very team oriented. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who has at least 5 years of experience supporting executives in the C-Suite. An interest in health and wellness a PLUS.
About the Role
  • Provide high-level executive support including complex calendar management across multiple senior executives and time zones
  • Act as a strategic gatekeeper and liaison, prioritizing competing demands while maintaining alignment with executive priorities
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements with detailed itineraries and meeting logistics
  • Manage high volume of communication; prioritize emails and draft professional correspondence on behalf of executives
  • Partner closely with executive team to ensure smooth information flow and execution of key initiatives; prepare materials for meetings
  • Manage expense reporting,
  • Help plan executive offsites, events, and client engagements
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
About You
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite or senior executives, An interest in health and wellness a PLUS.
