MARKETING COORDINATOR

This isn’t just a support role; you will be the architect of our brand’s voice, translating cutting-edge engineering into stories that drive multi-million dollar opportunities.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead Casne’s digital presence, govern our content library, and mastermind the visual quality of our high-stakes proposals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content & Brand Authority (30% of Time)

  • Technical Storytelling: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing materials for diverse audiences.
  • Omnichannel Strategy: Develop and manage engaging content across web, social media, print, and presentations.
  • Brand Governance: Ensure all marketing materials—from logos to tone—strictly align with corporate brand guidelines.
  • Asset Optimization: Maintain and refine corporate resumes and project descriptions to ensure consistency and impact.

Digital Presence & Lead Generation (25% of Time)

  • Executive Ghostwriting: Manage Casne’s social media presence, crafting professional posts for senior staff and engaging with industry audiences.
  • Digital Growth: Plan and manage content strategies to build brand awareness and drive SEO-optimized conversions.
  • Nurture Campaigns: Create and manage targeted email campaigns to move prospects through the lead funnel.

Collateral & Strategic Proposal Support (25% of Time)

  • Proposal Mastermind: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to craft compelling, tailored RFP/RFQ responses.
  • Visual Storytelling: Create and format professional brochures, flyers, and promotional materials for print and digital use.
  • Production Oversight: Manage the end-to-end production of marketing materials, ensuring 100% quality and consistency.

Industry Engagement & CRM Governance (20% of Time)

  • Event Leadership: Research industry events, prioritize attendance, and manage all logistics and communications.
  • CRM Integrity: Govern the CRM with new leads and partner activity, providing leadership with actionable marketing insights.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on emerging trends in electrical engineering and industrial services to support outreach.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Experience: 5+ years of work experience in marketing and communications for construction or professional services.

Technical Proficiency

  • Strong writing and editing skills—able to simplify technical content for broader audiences.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Canva.
  • Experience with social media management and website CMS (e.g., WordPress).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems, email marketing, and SEO strategies.
  • Ability to learn and stay updated on emerging trends, especially in the electrical power systems, industrial controls, and operational technology fields.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)

  • Formal training and/or hands-on experience in graphic design, including digital media, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in engineering, technology, or industrial B2B marketing.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO best practices.
  • Experience coordinating or supporting industry events, trade shows, or conferences.
