Field Sales Account Executiveย (Territory Manager)ย 

Overviewย 

We'reย hiring a Field Sales Account Executiveย to own and growย a localย territory within our water-as-a-service business. This is a true outside sales role -ย you'llย build your book of business, prospect into businesses, and close recurring revenue contracts that drive long-term customer value.ย 

Compensation:ย 

  • Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)ย 

  • On-target earnings: $100K+ (uncapped commission)ย 

  • $5,000/month ramp support for first 6 monthsย 

Ifย you'reย currently in B2B outside sales and want more ownership, a cleaner product story, and a model built on recurring revenue (not one-time deals) - this is that role.ย 

You'llย operateย with autonomy in your market while being backed by a national brand, strong operational support, and a structured ramp to help you build momentum quickly.ย 

Responsibilitiesย 

  • Own full-cycle sales within your assigned territoryย -ย from prospecting to closeย 

  • Identifyย and engage new B2B customers through cold outreach, networking, and local market activityย 

  • Build and manage a pipeline in Salesforce,ย maintainingย accurateย forecasting and activity trackingย 

  • Sell recurring service contracts to SMB and mid-market clientsย 

  • Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and product demonstrationsย 

  • Negotiate and close multi-year agreementsย 

  • Partner cross-functionally with service and operations to ensure strong customer onboarding and retentionย 

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsย 

Requirementsย 

  • Proven B2B outside sales experience, including contract-based sellingย 

  • Experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline and sales activityย 

  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and build a territory from scratchย 

  • Strong closing skills withย a track recordย of hitting or exceeding quotaย 

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within your territoryย 

Qualificationsย 

  • Experience in recurring revenue, service-based, or subscription modelsย 

  • Background selling into SMB or mid-market accountsย 

  • Experience in industries such as uniform services, waste management, facilities, office services, or similar route-based/service businessesย
