Job description

Executive Director

Location: Evansville, IN, United States of America

Start Date: 2026-04-08

Unleashed Now is seeking an Executive Director to cast the vision and fund the vision of the ministry as it mobilizes the global Church for the Great Commission. The organization is the creator of MomentumYes, an easy‑to‑use video training series designed to help people connect with what God is doing in the world and find their place in God’s global story. Used by churches and groups around the world, MomentumYes has been translated into multiple languages and continues to expand its global impact.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director serves as the primary ambassador of Unleashed Now’s mission and vision. This role casts a compelling vision, tells the story of the ministry, and ensures it is clearly shared with staff, board members, donors, churches, ministry partners, and the global Church. The Executive Director provides overall leadership for the organization, stewards financial health, and works closely with the board to fund and advance the vision. This leader builds and nurtures relationships, leads staff and volunteers, ensures wise financial stewardship, and represents Unleashed Now through speaking, partnering, and relationship‑building both in the U.S. and internationally. While Unleashed Now is headquartered in southern Indiana, the Board welcomes candidates who would serve as Executive Director in a remote capacity.
