Job description

Job Summary:
CompuNet, Inc. is an engineering-led IT solution provider that values its people and strives to help customers succeed. They are seeking a Modern Work Strategist with expertise in Microsoft 365 to bridge technical solution design with strategic pre-sales consulting, focusing on modernizing digital workplaces through collaboration solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Pre-Sales Solution Engineering
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Architects to scope, design, and present Microsoft 365 solutions to customers.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, develop solution architectures, and create statements of work (SOWs) aligned with customer objectives.
• Deliver live demonstrations and workshops focused on SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, and related Microsoft 365 capabilities.
• Assist in proposal development, pricing, and scoping for cloud and modern work engagements.
• Modern Work & Collaboration Solutions
• Lead content migration projects from file shares or legacy systems into SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Architect intelligent intranets and modern collaboration spaces that drive user adoption and engagement.
• Design governance, compliance, and automation frameworks for M365 environments.
• Implement best practices for data structure, permissions, and lifecycle management across the Microsoft ecosystem.
• AI & Copilot Enablement
• Guide customers through Copilot readiness and adoption assessments.
• Develop proof-of-concepts demonstrating AI-driven productivity within Microsoft 365.
• Align Copilot integrations with Power Platform, Microsoft Viva, and organizational workflows.
• User Adoption & Change Enablement
• Deliver workshops and structured enablement sessions that empower users to fully leverage new digital tools.
• Champion continuous improvement, leveraging analytics and feedback to enhance collaboration outcomes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven expertise in Microsoft SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business (architecture, migration, administration, and governance).
• Experience conducting pre-sales engagements, including solution design, scoping, and presentations.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including readiness planning, AI agent development, and security considerations.
• Proficiency with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, MS Forms).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Viva, and collaboration strategy design.
• Experience with business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
