Job description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide dependable support for a Contract role based in Washington, District of Columbia. This position will help keep executive priorities organized by overseeing scheduling, coordinating travel logistics, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee executive calendar planning, ensuring meetings, priorities, and schedule changes are managed efficiently.
• Arrange domestic and/or business travel, including itineraries, transportation, and related logistics.
• Prepare and submit expense documentation with accuracy and attention to deadlines.
• Provide administrative support through document handling, correspondence coordination, and general office tasks.
• Support meeting readiness by organizing schedules, confirming logistics, and tracking important details.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external contacts to help streamline executive activities.• Demonstrated experience supporting executives or senior leaders in an administrative capacity.
• Strong calendar management skills with the ability to balance shifting priorities.
• Experience coordinating travel arrangements and managing related details accurately.
• Ability to complete expense reporting and other administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Google Calendar or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
