Job description

Description

The Account Executive is an experienced and motivated inside-sales professional who creates strategic business partnerships and drives new revenue sources for the organization. The Account Executive will play a critical role in our expansion into health systems seeking solutions to optimize their revenue capture and ensure a highly educated and motivated clinical revenue cycle.ย 

Their job duties include driving growth in assigned territories and sharing the Brundage Group story with our community's health systems.ย 

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Identify, qualify, and close new accounts in ย ย assigned territory.

- Exhibit Brundage Group's knowledge by ย ย selling company as a solution to hospital revenue cycle needs.

- With leadership support, develop and pursue ย ย an overall sales plan to maximize opportunities and leverage Brundage Group's ย ย integrated solution offerings within key accounts and assigned territory.

- Effectively communicate and present to all ย ย executive levels of an organization Brundage Group's complete value ย ย proposition.

- Effectively negotiate, timeline, and bring ย ย contracts to close from start to finish.

- Lead negotiations, coordinate complex ย ย decision-making process, and overcome objections to capture new business ย ย opportunities.

- Travel to business development meetings, ย ย industry conferences, trade shows, etc.ย 

- Introduce Clinical Leader/Subject Matter ย ย Experts to assist in closing a sale.

- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of ย ย leading industry trends such as guideline changes, payor tactics, spend ย ย management, and technology initiatives.

- Utilize question based selling methods to ย ย ascertain client needs and craft relevant solutions encompassing our best ย ย practice physician expertise.

- Transition new accounts to business ย ย operations team to manage daily needs.ย 

- Submit accurate and timely forecasts that ย ย are aligned with assigned sales quotas.

- Facilitate all ย ย communications and reporting for all current and future accounts.

- Other duties as ย ย assigned.ย
