We're Hiring:
Executive Assistant
Balentine is seeking a seasoned, poised, and professional Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Chairman, CFO, and CIO. This EA role is part of a growing, fast-paced team in our Atlanta headquarters. By providing critical support to key personnel, this person plays a significant role in the organization's success and well-being, as well as its presence in the larger business community in Atlanta.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner, providing seamless day-to-day support, managing competing priorities, and helping create a smooth and professional experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
This is a high-responsibility support role for senior executives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and exercises sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism at all times. We expect this person to, with training, perform the following responsibilities:
Executive Support
o Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman, CFO, and CIO
o Manage complex calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings and resolving conflicts
o Coordinate all meeting logistics, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
o Arrange and manage detailed travel itineraries
o Prepare polished materials and ensure all deliverables meet firm standards
o Track and manage corporate and personal expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness
o Serve as a gatekeeper by prioritizing requests and managing inbound communications
o Maintain organized records and documentation for ease of access and continuity
o Act as a liaison between executives and IT as needed
CEO Support (Backup)
o Provide supplemental support to the CEO's Executive Assistant as needed, including scheduling and expense reporting
Events & Meetings
o Support the planning and execution of client events and internal meetings
o Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support when needed
o Partner with internal teams to ensure a high-quality, professional experience
Coordination & Execution
o Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables
o Assist in coordinating projects and initiatives as directed by executives
o Manage competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Collaboration & Relationship Management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners
o Facilitate clear and professional communication across stakeholders
o Provide thoughtful, responsive support that reflects the firm's standards and values
Additional Support
o Assist with administrative needs across the broader team as required
o Provide backup coverage for other administrative roles when needed
o Contribute to a collaborative, team-first environment
Qualifications
o Bachelor's Degree
o 5-10 years of experience supporting senior executives in a professional environment
o Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and sound judgment
o Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Ability to operate with a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability
o Advance knowledge of Outlook and an expert at calendaring
o Experience with Concur or similar expense reporting software; familiarity with Salesforce
o Experience in an RIA or financial services and supporting a Board of Directors, a plus
