Beyond these daily duties, executive assistants may also perform market research and train and supervise other clerical staff and administrative assistants.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Executive Assistant, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Executive Assistant, you need strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in office administration, typically supported by a degree or relevant experience.
