Job description

The Executive Director serves as guardian on our Executive Leadership Team as a forward thinking-partner providing leadership to ensure our Mission "To Love Our Community Like No Other Company" is met. This individual must have a passion for service, people and operational excellence. The Executive Director sets the Vision to execute our Strategy of "Winning Hearts Every Day" and will effectively lead, monitor, create consistency, and drive 2nd Mile Service and Operational Excellence. 


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

        Casting our Vision to our Team

        Leading and overseeing all aspects of corresponding Critical Success Factor of the business

        Collaborates with our Director's/Team Leader's to ensure Team Members being trained properly

        Maintain rigorous cleaning schedule

        Shift Leading

        Create culture of "continuous improvement"

        Establish and post written monthly goals

        Ensure efficient scheduling and set-ups

        Conduct regular meetings with corresponding staff

        Reports Customer Reviews and Evaluation findings at Leadership Meetings

        Track reports to determine areas for improvement
