Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to C-level executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
  • Act as a trusted partner, managing confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Coordinate and prioritize executive communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively address challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
