Business Development Representative

RELEX Solutions is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) to help accelerate pipeline growth across North America. This is an opportunity for an experienced SaaS sales professional to play a critical role in driving new business opportunities with some of the world's leading retailers and consumer brands.

As a strategic partner to our Account Executives, you'll leverage modern prospecting techniques, data-driven outreach, and industry insights to engage senior decision-makers, uncover business challenges, and create qualified pipeline for our sales organization. Responsibilities include:

• Targeted outbound demand generation: Identifying and contacting stakeholders in your target account list via emails, phone calls, and social media to drive awareness of how RELEX can help solve their unique challenges.
• Engage and qualify outbound and inbound sales leads with the objective of scheduling qualified meetings for the Sales team.
• Cooperate closely with the regional sales team to support the growth of the sales pipeline through targeted prospecting activities.
• Research your list of target accounts, the key stakeholders within them, and the most relevant intent signals to craft and deliver personalized and compelling messaging.
• Support regional marketing initiatives, industry events, webinars, and follow-up campaigns to drive engagement and opportunity creation.

We're looking for:

• 2+ years of Business Development, Sales Development, or inside sales experience within a SaaS, software, or technology company.
• Demonstrated success generating pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
• Experience engaging director-, VP-, and C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling, business-focused messaging.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospecting initiatives simultaneously.
• A proactive, resilient mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Experience working in a collaborative sales environment and partnering closely with Account Executives.

What we consider as an advantage:

• Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and enterprise account-based selling strategies.
• Understanding of retail's core processes (supply chain, merchandising, and store operations).
• Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft.
• Sales or Business Development experience.
