12-Week Assignment
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
We are seeking a polished and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced healthcare/academic administration environment. This high-priority role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, expense reports, and presentations
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, notes, and follow-up items
  • Support office operations including front desk coverage and guest coordination
  • Assist with executive events, logistics, and hybrid meeting setup
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience supporting senior-level executives
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Education/Experience Requirements
Must meet one of the following:
  • 4 years clerical/secretarial experience, including 1 year supporting senior executives
  • OR
  • Associate degree/certificate in Office Administration or related field + 3 years experience
