Job Description: 

The primary role of the Executive Assistant is to ensure organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization’s operations and platform management functions. The Executive Assistant focuses on improving operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization’s mission – specifically, information flow and management, business process, and organizational planning. The Executive Assistant works with the corporate team to manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency across the System through process and system improvements, as well as coordination and communication between corporate and the franchise System. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Oversee our Database Administrator and their daily tasks

  • Help departments and the team reach maximum communication efficiency 

  • Manage our monthly calendars/ training dates

  • Work collaboratively with our System platforms 

  • Manage/ approve CC transactions 

  • A POC for Franchise Partners 

  • Manage platforms: ZOHO, Nexonia, Wisetail, Gmail Gsuite  

  • Event management - Confirmation Days, Franchise & General Manager Training, Convention, etc 

  • Manage President’s calendar/ schedule

  • Organize monthly President’s call deck
