Executive Assistant - Interior Design Firm New York, NY | In Office | Full-Time

Are you an exceptionally organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced firm? This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a highly creative, collaborative team where no two days are the same. You'll serve as the organizational instrument to the team, managing executive schedules, coordinating travel and events, and ensuring seamless operations while working alongside an accomplished team. Responsibilities

Managing executive schedules, coordinating travel and events, ensuring seamless operations and providing support to an accomplished team.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience as an executive assistant, coordinator, receptionist and/or customer service professional
  • Extremely organized with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong multi-tasker and problem solver with flexibility and resilience
  • Professional demeanor in all settings
