About The Role
HP IQ is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant to support to our SVP, Design & Innovation while also providing operational support to the Design team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to SVP, Design & Innovation by managing priorities, anticipating needs, and executing with precision, while also keeping all operational processes for the Design Team running smoothly. This role collaborates closely with the Chief of Staff and builds strong relationships to communicate and work effectively across the organization.

What You Might Do
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization for HP IQ's SVP, Design & Innovation; independently prioritize and make decisions to resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Prepare expense reports, route vendor invoices and purchase orders for approval, book and manage travel
  • Anticipate needs to proactively resolve scheduling or logistical conflicts
  • Act as a liaison representing SVP across teams (Design, Engineering, Finance, HR, etc) internally at HP IQ and across the HP organization
  • Develop a strong partnership with Chief of Staff and collaborate on day-to-day operations and projects, build relationships with EA's across HP for efficient scheduling
  • Collaborate with Senior Design Producers on a regular basis to support the daily operations of the Design team
  • Lead/Co-lead special projects or initiatives as assigned including team events and off-sites
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies
  • Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or fast-paced situations
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in an administrative role or program management role
  • Experience with managing multiple calendars
  • Availability some nights and weekends, as needed
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with and supporting creative teams
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in execution, even under pressure
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
  • Clear written and spoken communicator, demonstrates emotional intelligence
  • Strong ability to anticipate needs and problem solve quickly and effectively
  • Experience providing project management support on high-priority projects
  • Excellent collaboration and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
Salary: $115,000- $160,000

The salary range for this role is listed above. Final salary offered is based upon multiple factors including individual job-related qualifications, education, experience, knowledge and skills.
