Job description

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Executive Assistant opportunities in New York, NY. Responsibilities for an Executive Assistant include but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel and manage busy C-suite calendars using Outlook and Microsoft Teams

  • Handle high-volume phone coverage, email screening, daily briefings, and end-of-day executive follow-ups

  • Prepare expense reports, Excel worksheets, PowerPoint presentations, and meeting materials (printing, binding, scanning)

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings and virtual conferences, including room setup, A/V coordination, and dining reservations

Candidates for Executive Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Prior experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information, multitask, and work in a fast-paced onsite environment

Pay Details: $40.00 to $65.00 per hour
