Looking for a polished, intuitive, and relentlessly organized Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support the CEO and COO of a fast-moving boutique hedge fund. This is not a traditional administrative role, it is a high-trust, high-exposure position for someone who thrives in elite environments, anticipates needs before they are spoken, and brings both precision and presence to every interaction.

The ideal candidate is discreet, emotionally intelligent, and operates with calm confidence under pressure. You understand how to move seamlessly between boardrooms, investor meetings, private travel coordination, personal lifestyle management, and the daily rhythm of two executives whose time is extraordinarily valuable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including private aviation, luxury accommodations, ground transportation, dining, and detailed itineraries
  • Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner to the CEO and COO
  • Handle sensitive personal and business matters with absolute discretion and confidentiality
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and investor-facing documents
  • Liaise with investors, family offices, vendors, and senior-level stakeholders with professionalism and warmth
  • Oversee personal appointments, reservations, gifting, events, and lifestyle logistics
