Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to join our team! This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks. It requires someone who can seamlessly manage schedules, handle personal and professional logistics, and provide reliable transportation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains strict confidentiality, and possesses a "can-do" attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s complex professional and personal calendars.
  • Coordinate intricate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Provide dedicated driving support for the CEO to and from meetings, airports, events, etc.
  • Run professional and personal errands, including picking up meals, supplies, or documents and more.
  • Maintain highly flexible hours, including readiness for early mornings, late evenings, or weekends.
  • Adapt quickly to last-minute schedule changes, urgent requests, and shifting priorities.
  • Remain accessible via phone or email during designated off-hours for critical updates.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned as needed
Qualifications & Skills
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • 2+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or high‑profile individuals.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, or Slack.
  • Exceptional time management skills and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Absolute discretion when handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
