Syntax has a strong team of experienced SAP Account Executives. To achieve our aggressive growth goals, we're looking for experienced Account Executives that have a consistent track record of achieving significant quotas, and strong relationships within the SAP ecosystem.

The ideal candidate would:

  • Based anywhere in the USA.
  • Be a high energy individual with a positive attitude, and hunter sales mentality.
  • Have a good understanding of SAP's ERP (ECC & S/4HANA) value proposition and how it compares to those of competitors (Oracle, Microsoft, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of the SAP install base ecosystem, Application Managed Services
  • Strong relationships with existing SAP customers and SAP account executives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing Application Managed Services for existing SAP customers
  • Build relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned accounts
  • Form strategic account plans including customer profiles, targeted programs, application descriptions, forecast reports, and action items
  • Develop and maintain technical and marketing knowledge of the entire SAP ERP product lines
  • Develop, share and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all key competitive advantages
  • Interact with the current sales and delivery teams, and the SAP community in pursuit of overall customer satisfaction
  • Assume full responsibility of quota attainment as agreed to and communicated by the SVP of Sales and Marketing
  • Participation and involvement in applicable industry conferences both internal and external
  • All other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Past SAP services/AMS sales experience in ERP
  • Exceptional presentation skills required
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills required
  • The ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-Level executives including CFO, CPO and CEO required
  • Highly professional written and oral communication skills required
  • Ability to collaborate with pre-sales and work effectively in a sales team environment
  • College/University degree required
