Who We Are:
VenTara is a global supplier of engineered fabrics specializing in the manufacturing and sourcing of customer-specific products. We ensure product quality by establishing and managing our own quality control teams and systems worldwide. This allows our customers to avoid the challenges and complexities often associated with operating in overseas markets.
Our company is agile, effective, and focused on delivering sustained production, consistent quality, and dependable service. By understanding our customers’ forecasts, inventory demands, and consumption requirements, VenTara helps provide a stable supply chain while minimizing risk and disruption.
Through strategic global partnerships, operational oversight, and proactive communication, we are committed to supporting our customers with innovative solutions, reliable manufacturing, and long-term business growth.
What We Do:

In short, we are one of the most versatile and reliable textile companies in the world.
Are you the person who thrives on organization, accountability, and getting things done?:
We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven professional to work directly with Sales & Engineering, and our Global Partners. This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for a proactive leader who can manage priorities, drive follow-through, improve efficiencies, and help ensure that critical initiatives move forward across the organization.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly accountable, and comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization. Six Sigma training, project management experience, or a demonstrated passion for continuous improvement is highly desirable.
Requirements in this role but not limited to:
  • Partner directly with the President/CEO to manage daily priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate and participate in daily operational meetings.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Document meeting minutes, action items, and key decisions.
  • Track commitments and ensure timely follow-up across departments.
  • Hold teams accountable for deliverables and deadlines.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to improve execution and efficiency.
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and travel itineraries.
  • Assist with special projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational planning.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve organizational effectiveness.

Skills for the role:
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or similar frameworks preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, reporting tools, and business software.

The Right Candidate:
You are someone who notices what others miss. You follow through when others forget. You enjoy creating structure, driving accountability, and helping leaders focus on the highest-value activities. You are energized by solving problems, coordinating people, and ensuring commitments become results.

Why Join Us?:
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside executive leadership and play a key role in the success of a growing, dynamic organization. Your work will have a direct impact on operational performance, strategic execution, and company growth.
If you are highly organized, process-oriented, and passionate about helping organizations perform at their best, we would love to hear from you.

This position is part-time in office. No remote work.
