Job description

A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Senior Operations Finance Analyst, you will serve as the primary finance business partner for the Operations Center, supporting manufacturing, pre-assembly, warehousing, training, and facility operations. You will collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Project Management, Commercial Project Management, and Business Controlling to provide financial oversight, improve cost transparency, and drive operational performance. In this role, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, product costing, and financial reporting activities while delivering actionable insights that support operational excellence, financial discipline, and strategic decision-making.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Serve as the primary finance business partner for the Operations Center, providing financial guidance and analytical support across manufacturing, pre-assembly, warehousing, training, and facility operations.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, product costing, cost tracking, and financial performance analysis to ensure accurate planning, reporting, and cost recovery across operational activities and projects.
  • Develop and maintain transparent cost allocation methodologies for warehouses, facilities, and shared operational services while supporting accurate assignment and recovery of operational costs across projects and internal cost centers.
  • Monitor CAPEX and OPEX performance, support asset management activities, and ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and Siemens Energy financial guidelines.
  • Partner with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Business Controlling to improve financial performance, increase cost transparency, and provide meaningful financial insights that support business decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, inventory management, automation, digitalization, and financial process optimization.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, Business Controlling, Commercial Project Management, Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, or Operations Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, product costing, CAPEX/OPEX management, and financial governance within a manufacturing, operations, or project-based environment.
  • Experience with SAP, Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools; experience supporting automation and financial digitalization initiatives is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate operational activities into meaningful financial insights, influence cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehousing or logistics environment is preferred
