  • Support monthly and annual closing activities, including variance analyses and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial transparency and operational performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial controlling processes, reporting tools, and automation initiatives.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities related to contract manufacturing operations.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives aimed at expanding and optimizing Siemens' contract manufacturing footprint.
  • Actively contribute to digitalization and automation initiatives that improve reporting efficiency and decision-making capabilities.

Your profile for a shared future

  • Interest in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and commercial business models.
  • Strong IT aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP is preferred.
  • Passion for digitalization, automation, and continuous process improvement.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
