About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Temporary Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts. This role will focus on recruiting for warehouse and production positions in a fast-paced environment with ongoing hiring needs.
Job Description:
The Temporary Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, can effectively manage a large candidate pipeline, and thrives in a high-energy recruiting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates for warehouse and production openings.
- Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and candidate evaluations.
- Manage a high volume of candidate outreach and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate hiring updates with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate tracking information.
- Build talent pipelines to support ongoing staffing needs.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with recruiting events and other hiring initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Comfortable conducting repetitive candidate screening and outreach activities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems preferred.
