Administrative Assistant – FCA Wrestling & Girls Wrestling GA

The Administrative Assistant will serve in a dual role within FCA Wrestling Georgia, providing comprehensive administrative support while also helping lead and grow the FCA Girls Wrestling ministry in Georgia.

Primary Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee camp registration processes and participant communication
  • Coordinate communication with coaches, athletes, and volunteers
  • Maintain databases and organizational systems
  • Provide technology support for ministry operations and events
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general office management
  • Support event logistics and ministry initiatives
Girls Wrestling Ministry Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Help lead and develop FCA Georgia Girls Wrestling ministry initiatives
  • Build relationships with female wrestlers and coaches
  • Assist in coordinating outreach opportunities, huddles, and events
  • Support discipleship efforts and spiritual growth opportunities
  • Represent FCA at girls wrestling competitions, camps, and gatherings
