We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Part-Time Event Coordinator to help bring weddings, special events, and group functions to life. If you love creating memorable guest experiences and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate and service weddings, catered events, and group functions
  • Conduct property tours and site visits for prospective clients
  • Work closely with Food & Beverage teams and Banquet Captains to ensure seamless event execution
  • Assist wedding clients with tastings and event details
  • Greet clients before events and ensure a smooth transition to banquet operations
  • Coordinate wedding rehearsals, ceremonies, and receptions
  • Manage banquet event orders (BEOs) and maintain accurate event details and timelines
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments to ensure every event exceeds expectations
  • Support a positive and collaborative work environment across all resort departments
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous hospitality, catering, wedding, or event coordination experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
  • Weekend availability is required
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
