Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of all banquet halls, storage, and service areas.Assist Rooms Manager with the West Tower student room flips done twice per year.Assist Engineering department as needed during Preventative maintenance down time and absence of in house projects.Perform custodial work within the context of assigned repairs.Maintain on-going communication and collaboration with staff with the aim of achieving high levels of cooperation and service excellence.Properly maintain all work equipment, tools, and supplies.Respond to guest requests and inquiries with appropriate level of sensitivity and immediacy.Comply with all department, hotel, and company policies and procedures.Perform any task not outlined above that the associate has the ability to perform. QUALIFICATIONSAbility to effectively read and write or speak English is required. Must be able to provide, receive, and comprehend verbal or written instructions and information. Desired are individuals who are friendly, reliable, enthusiastic, obliging, and compassionate. Qualified individuals will additionally demonstrate skills in organization, planning, problem solving, and communication. Must present an appropriate public presence in grooming, dress, poise, and social etiquette. Must be able to work independently or with others.
