We are seeking an Event Sales Coordinator to join our team! This position is responsible for assisting clients with event rental inquiries, preparing quotes, coordinating rental details, and providing exceptional customer service from the initial inquiry through event completion.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text inquiries from new and existing clients
• Prepare and send rental quotes for events of all sizes
• Assist clients in selecting rental equipment based on their event needs
• Gather important event and delivery information, including venue requirements, stairs, elevators, loading areas, and setup requirements
• Follow up with prospective clients regarding open quotes and event details
• Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure accurate event execution
• Maintain detailed customer notes and records within company software systems
• Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout the rental process
• Assist with administrative and office tasks as needed

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, event coordination, hospitality, venue operations, catering, party rentals, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and by email
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn company software systems
