Job description

General Job Duties; Answer phones, create customer orders, and assist customers with event details and rental needs.

Learn rental inventory. Master order entry software including deliver, return, and billing procedures. Assist warehouse manager in covering and scheduling off hour jobs. Be onsite as needed for large install events. Prepare customer quotes and follow up within 48 hours. Proactively maintain and expand strategic accounts. Work with warehouse manager to hold drivers and warehouse employees accountable for the proper care and use of inventory. Assist in the creation of weekly employee schedules. Work with warehouse manager and other employees to achieve customer satisfaction.
