  • Troubleshoot event challenges proactively and develop effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction and operational success.
  • Promote showroom visits, warehouse tours, and design appointments to support business development efforts.
  • Interact with clients to gather feedback on service quality and continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Support general office operations, including accepting deliveries, maintaining showroom presentation, scheduling appointments, and assisting walk-in clients.
  • Periodically attend professional industry and community events to strengthen relationships and support company visibility.
What You Bring Required
  • Strong customer service, active listening, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and event needs.
  • Comfortable using business software systems, including Microsoft Outlook and rental management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and event coordination.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with individuals across diverse teams and communication styles.
  • Independently motivated with a team-oriented mindset and willingness to support others as needed.
  • Availability to work Saturdays and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to sit for several hours throughout the workday.
  • Occasional travel to showroom or event locations, if applicable.
Nice to Have

  • Event planning or event rental industry experience.
  • Experience working in high-volume customer service or hospitality environments.
  • Familiarity with inventory management or rental software systems.
  • Experience coordinating logistics, scheduling, or client contracts.
