Full-Time Outdoor Commercial Landscaping

Our experts are committed to excellence, offering a variety of services from pre-construction and construction to maintenance and enhancements. Since our founding in 2005, the passion, reputation, and talent of our team has provided the opportunity to service some of the most prestigious and beautiful properties throughout Texas including the Oracle campus, Q2 Stadium, Omni PGA Frisco Resort, Hemisfair Park, and Waterloo Park.
The Enhancements team focuses on improving and transforming existing commercial landscapes. The work is fast-paced, physical, and similar to general construction labor, with an emphasis on landscape improvements and installations.
Role + Responsibilities
  • Remove existing grass, plants, shrubs, gravel, mulch, and other landscape materials.
  • Prepare job sites for new landscape installations.
  • Install sod, plants, trees, mulch, decorative rock, gravel, edging, and other landscape features.
  • Perform demolition and cleanup of existing landscape areas before installation.
  • Dig, shovel, rake, wheelbarrow, and move landscape materials throughout the workday.
  • Operate hand tools and small power equipment safely.
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Follow directions from Crew Leaders and Project Managers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all Clean Scapes safety policies and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, + Abilities

  • Comfortable performing physically demanding work outdoors in Texas weather.

Landscaping experience is helpful but not required.

Reliable transportation to the office or job site is required.
Physical Requirements
This position involves continuous physical labor throughout the workday, including:
  • Lifting and carrying heavy materials.
  • Digging, shoveling, raking, and moving dirt, gravel, rock, mulch, and sod.
  • Repetitive bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, and pulling.
  • Standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Working outdoors in all Texas weather conditions.
