Job description

We are a fast-paced, creative event rental company specializing in everything from immersive photo ops and arcade games to inflatables, VR, crafts, and carnivals. We are currently seeking a hands-on, reliable, and versatile Event Equipment Technician & Warehouse Associate to join our team.

In this role, you'll be an essential part of our operations team, working both in our warehouse and onsite at events. This position involves equipment maintenance and fabrication, warehouse organization, truck driving and load/unload, and event setup and breakdown. You will play a key role in ensuring our gear is in top shape, our warehouse runs smoothly, and our clients receive exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Inspect, clean, and perform light repairs on rental equipment upon return
  • Build and fabricate custom equipment using materials like wood, acrylic, and aluminum
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
  • Load and unload trucks with event equipment (requires heavy lifting)
  • Drive non-CDL box trucks (up to 26') for deliveries, pickups, and event logistics
  • Set up and tear down equipment onsite at events
  • Provide on-site support during events, overseeing equipment and ensuring functionality
  • Follow safety protocols and help maintain inventory accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in warehouse, events, construction, or fabrication preferred
  • Comfortable with physical labor and heavy lifting
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive non-CDL box trucks
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Forklift experience a plus
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-player attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
