Job description

We are seeking reliable, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our Auxiliary Programs. This role is essential to supporting the school's extensive after-hours and weekend use of campus facilities.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, enjoys interacting with a wide range of constituents, demonstrates strong supervisory skills, and can effectively troubleshoot and respond to issues as they arise.
This position primarily supports evening and weekend facility rentals, athletic events, and community programming. This role is best suited for candidates specifically seeking evening and weekend work, as the majority of shifts occur after school hours and on Saturdays and Sundays.
This is a part-time position; compensation is competitive and based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the school's on-site representative during after-hours and weekend rentals
  • Uphold facility policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service to visitors, instructors, and rental groups
  • Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled events to unlock facilities, prepare spaces, and assist with parking or setup needs
  • Welcome and direct visitors and rental groups according to the daily rental schedule
  • Ensure groups remain within assigned spaces and comply with school guidelines
  • Monitor activities throughout rental periods and address questions or concerns as they arise
  • Assist with basic operation of audiovisual equipment, scoreboards, and related facility systems
  • Coordinate room, field, and furniture resets following events and programming
  • Conduct post-event inspections of facilities and secure buildings after groups depart
  • Identify, document, and report any facility or equipment damage, safety concerns, or maintenance issues
  • Attend required staff meetings and complete all assigned trainings
  • Follow all school policies, procedures, and safety protocols

  • Prior supervisory, event monitoring, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and customer service skills
