This role ensures operational efficiency, promotes team motivation, and drives continuous improvement.**Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities**(Include the following; however, other duties may apply.)* Manage staff to ensure productivity and alignment with client satisfaction goals.* Adapt quickly and make decisions to adjust plans/schedules to meet customer requirements.* Participate in and lead initiatives such as 5S, Lean, and Kaizen events.* Demonstrate strong leadership and employee motivational skills.* Handle HR-related issues, including employee reviews and record-keeping.* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all organizational levels.* Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.**Supervisory Responsibilities:**Supervise production staff and group leaders to ensure smooth and effective operations.**Qualifications****Education and Experience:*** Associate’s or Technical Degree preferred.* 1-3 years of production experience, with a preference for candidates with prior supervisory or lead roles.* Proficiency in SAP for systems and reporting.* Strong knowledge of MS Office applications for tools and presentations.* Understanding of work standards and production processes.**Skills:*** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.* Ability to build positive relationships and foster team collaboration.* Aptitude for defining problems, gathering data, and making logical conclusions.**Physical Demands:**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
