Senior Executive Assistant - Job Description

The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless daily operations in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. This role manages complex calendars, prioritizes competing requests, coordinates executive meetings and events, and serves as a key liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize complex executive calendars and scheduling logistics

  • Coordinate high-volume meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and track action items

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Draft, proofread, and edit executive correspondence and reports

  • Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and adapt to last-minute changes

  • Support special projects, event planning, and cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior or executive-level leadership

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
