Event Coordinator

Salary: $60,000-$80,000 annuallyAbout the Role
Confort Kitchen & Bath is seeking a highly organized and energetic Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that promote our industry-leading kitchen and bath remodeling services. You'll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure every event is successful, engaging, and generates quality customer leads.

  • Research, schedule, and coordinate home shows, trade shows, community events, fairs, and festivals.
  • Manage event logistics, including booth setup, breakdown, and event materials.
  • Represent Confort Kitchen & Bath professionally while engaging with prospective customers.
  • Generate high-quality leads for the sales team during events.
  • Coordinate event schedules and calendars to ensure adequate staffing and successful execution.
  • Recruit, train, and support event staff and brand ambassadors as needed.
  • Track event performance, lead generation, inventory, and event budgets.
  • Maintain accurate reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve event performance and customer engagement.
  • Ensure all events reflect the company's professional brand image.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in event coordination, event marketing, promotions, or customer engagement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience coordinating schedules, vendors, or event logistics is preferred.
  • Ability to work weekends and attend scheduled events.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
