Job description

The Sr. Event Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and administration of the event. The coordinator oversees the planning, organization, researching, implementation and operation of events. Compensation commensurate with experience. Salary plus overtime.

OVERVIEW

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education and Experience

  • 3 years of experience as an event planner, paralegal or senior admin [or] office manager, legal secretary or any job with involving hotel hospitality, travel, and/or banquets
  • Prior legal experience preferred
  • Good driving record

Physical Demands:

  • There are certain physical demands required for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to actively listen and communicate. The employee is often required to unload and load supplies and equipment. The employee must be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs. The employee is also required to have a valid drivers’ license. Th

Work Environment:

  • While performing the responsibilities of this role the employee will act as a team member in an occasionally high-stress environment. Employees are required to travel for up to four weeks and stay in wonderful accommodations.

Pay: Total compensation includes base salary plus overtime. Salary based on experience.
