Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)
Travel: U.S. travel required with occasional international travel
Duration: 3-Month W2 Contract
Pay Rate: $30-$32/hr W2
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Event Planner II to support the planning and execution of executive-level conferences, leadership events, and dinner programs. This role will be responsible for managing event logistics, attendee experience, vendor coordination, budgets, and onsite execution while partnering with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver world-class events.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Plan and execute executive conferences, summits, and dinner events
  • Manage event logistics, registration, branding, signage, and attendee experience
  • Coordinate with hotels, venues, vendors, suppliers, and AV partners
  • Manage budgets, invoices, purchase orders, forecasting, and reconciliation
  • Serve as the onsite lead and resolve issues in real time during events
  • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Support food & beverage planning and conference operations
  • Travel to support assigned events as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of event planning, conference planning, or meeting planning experience
  • Experience supporting executive-level, leadership, or client-facing events
  • Strong event logistics and conference execution background
  • Experience managing event budgets and financial forecasting
  • Vendor, venue, hotel, and supplier management experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and project management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent events
